RETURN POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept a return. Returns will be posted to the original form of payment and processed under the following conditions:
-Please initiate the return by e-mailing us at support@commoncentslearning.com to obtain the address to mail your return. Please write RETURN and the ORDER NUMBER in the subject line of the e-mail.
-Your return must be postmarked within 5 days from the date of receipt. Please note that weekends and holidays are included.
-All products must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. Items returned not in the original packaging will not be refunded and will not be shipped back.
-Customers will assume full responsibility for shipping costs. We are not responsible for products lost during return shipping. Please be sure to send through a trackable shipping method.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted as bank processing times may vary. If you have not received a refund within a few days from your notification of receipt, please check with your bank first. If you have already done this and there is still a delay in receipt of your refund, please contact us at support@commoncentslearning.com.
