How long does shipping take? 

Shipping in the continental United States is sent via USPS first class mail and typically takes 2-5 business days.  We offer expedited shipping to customers in the United States via USPS 2-day priority mail for an additional fee. The rate will be calculated at checkout. For international customers please see the shipping time frame and rate at checkout.


How do I speak with a customer service agent? 

If you have a question, inquiry or concern, we are happy to hear from you.  Please e-mail us at support@commoncentslearning.com.  One of our associates will get back to you within 48 hours.  

 

How do I place a return? 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we are happy to accommodate returns.  Please review our returns policy page for more information on processing a return.

 

How do I leave a product review?

Customer product reviews are a helpful resource to guide us in offering quality products and service and a great tool for future customers. We would love to hear from you. To leave a review, visit the shop page and select the product you would like to review. There will be a tab where you may submit a review.
